You can cancel the subscription with two clicks. Cancelling will stop any future payments, but please note that you have to cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the next payment cycle.
You will still be able to use Gold until the end of the current payment cycle, so cancelling a subscription won’t stop your gold service for the period you already paid. Any documents you stored to MindMup Gold or published to MindMup Atlas will be available until the current billing cycle ends. The documents will be automatically deleted soon after your subscription expires, so please remember to export any documents you want to keep.
Cancelling subscriptions paid using a credit card
To stop your credit card Gold subscription and avoid any future recurring payments, follow these steps:
- Open the MindMup Account page.
- Sign in if required.
- Click the
Stop Paymentsbutton. - A pop-up dialog will ask you to confirm that you want to cancel the subscription. Click the
Confirmbutton in the popup dialog.
MindMup will then cancel the subscription and show a confirmation message.

Cancelling subscriptions paid using Paypal
You can cancel the subscription directly through Paypal – log on to your Paypal account, open your Pre-approved Payments and cancel the MindMup pre-approved payment there.

Due to unreliability of Paypal’s IPN service lately, we no longer support Paypal as a payment mechanism on our site, so cancelling directly through MindMup is not possible.
