You can now collaborate more effectively in private Microsoft Teams channels with MindMup.
Until today, maps could be embedded into standard Microsoft Teams channels, but not into private channels. Private channels are focused collaboration spaces with restricted access, and from today you can also embed MindMup mind maps into private channel tabs.
When a map is embedded into a private channel, anyone with access to that channel automatically gets access to the map, so you do not have to specially share and control access. Importantly, and as a big difference from embedding maps into standard channels, this also includes external users invited to join the channel.
Because private channel sharing allows you to invite users outside your Microsoft Teams tenant, usage in private channels requires a subscription add-in. For information on additional prices and how to extend your subscription to cover private channels, see the Add-in for private channels section in our MindMup for Microsoft Teams tutorial.
