From the beginning of MindMup, we looked for ways to let you focus on capturing ideas and avoid any distractions. A big part of that was not having to remember yet another password, so MindMup allowed users to sign in with temporary one-time passwords sent using e-mail. However, we recognise that this flow is not for everyone, that some users do not have access to their e-mail always, and that some people just prefer having a more permanent password for their account.
From today, you can also sign in using an account name and a known password.
For more information on creating a permanent password, check out the MindMup Gold Passwords Guide
This change impacts only people signing into the MindMup Cloud storage. MindMup for Google Drive is not affected, and for that application you still sign in via Google.
