Yesterday, 28th February 2017, we experienced a total outage between 11:38 AM PST and 07:13 PM PST. During that period, most users were not able to even see the application web site. A smaller percentage of users could get into the application, but were not able to access their maps or convert the files. The cause was a service issue with our hosting provider, Amazon.
Services should be back to normal now. As far as we are aware, no data loss happened during the period. If you experience any further issues, please let us know so we can investigate further.
